Which company can you get promoted to senior engineer by just being a good engineer?
Is it possible? Current company wants more commitment, requires me to mentor people, plan teams roadmap, give tech talks or write blogs / guides, influence other teams to build things that our team wants, and so on I already met the technical bar but for these other things, feels like the company just wants you to commit more of your life / energy to the company Is that the way it is everywhere to get to senior engineer?

This is bullshit, just interview out and claim your title.
Just interview out = dedicate the next year to grinding LeetCode
Unfortunately, in many cases LeetCode is better for your mental health than climbing the career ladder

Not worth commiting 'that' much of your life to the company for a promotion. There should be some balance. I know a manager who works day and night for promotion. And he has every health issues possible. I used to wonder what drives him like that.

Visa. New college grads with MS start as Sr engineer. Pay is Jr though.
Yes most of what you described is needed to be a senior engineer or tech lead.
