Which company gives good joining bonus
I am in credit card dept. my strategy is to pay it off by doing job change . Which company gives good joining bonus ? I am L63 at microsoft. I have 85k in credit card dept :) How much did you get ?

FB goes up to $100k pre-tax. Haven't heard of more than that for non-executives. Please explain how you got into that much debt :-)

Your joining bonus is pure cash, which will be paid to you, anytime in the first month of joining. Most of the companies offers signing bonus, even startups do now a days.
