I think it depends what area you wanna specialize in. Aws has great work in distributed systems and infrastructure stuff. Meta has lots of virtual reality work (obv). But more than that it dependa on the specific teams and projects youre working on, and whether you'll be able to talk happily and confidently about the impact you had at each place.

Aws can have huge scale, interesting problems, and is *usually* good engineering practices. You can have big impact quickly (depending ofc on team and project). So it can definitely boost your resume and career growth. But, wlb can be awful, and on call in some teams is actually hell.
