considering TC, WLB, and growth. Linkedin pays around 240k TC, Figma with 180k TC, and Atlassian 170k TC, but Figma might IPO soon and has more greenfield projects to work on #engineering #software #swe #careers #newgrad
Is this the package for new grads after ug or pg? Is this like the standard in USA?
ug, yeah it's standard and US based
I think you'll learn the most at Figma and it'll set you up the best for the future. Also the comp will probably be competitive with others once IPO happens (which might be a few years away, so depends on if you need liquid cash flow now)
how will it set me up best for the future?

LinkedIn, Figma, Dropbox > Atlassian
Nah, Figma > Atlassian > LinkedIn > Dropbox

😏 tempting
Im confused, do you already have these offers? Have you negotiated with recruiter?
Not sure how you're calculating the TC here but I can say the current Figma new grad offer is higher than that. Is that LinkedIn offer 1st year or recurring?

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
What was your timeline for LinkedIn? Is this return offer or did you apply for a role?
return internship for next summer, I'm basically trying to figure out which company I want a new grad returnnoffer from
Ah so this decision is for Summer 2023 internship? Honestly can’t go wrong with either LinkedIn or Figma, consider what you might be looking for when you start Fall 2024
