I work at Tesla and I definitely can say Tesla is worse. Overworked employees, Subpar pay, everchanging priorities, incompetent coworkers, toxic workplace & no WFH.
Incompetent coworkers is probably not as true or any worse at T than other comapneis
YMMV. At Tesla, I have had the most stupid coworkers who sucks the blood out of me by annoying and disturbing every day with stupid questions which are googleable. It’s worse because now I’m in office and I can’t ignore them. They don’t even know the basics of their job. I wish I was involved in their Interview loop.
