Hi Guys, Can you please help me choose the company to join from below? My info : Tech: Frontend - React, Angular Experience: 6.5 years 2015 passout Current CTC: 16LPA (Fixed) I have below one offer in hand as of now. Nagarro - 26 LPA including 5 % variable (Associate Staff Engineer). This is not project-specific hiring but hiring for the bench. And below are the offers in the pipeline. Done/waiting for the HR round where I initially projected expectations as 30 LPA. Providing along with the info I have. Billdesk (For Merchant Experience Team) Rightpoint (Owned by Genpact) (For Goldman Sachs client - Marcus project) Wissen Technology HCL (React to Vue migration project) Nomura I'm looking for WLB >> Learning >>Money Based on my initial research: Billdesk: This seems good as product-based but not sure how process-oriented they are and also not sure about the WLB. Also, Saturdays are working. I have seen IT services MNCs have better processes than some local giants. Personally witnessed this during my stint in Indiabulls. They did not have even tools like Skype for internal communication. Rightpoint : Client and Project seems good as Goldman Sachs. But I have not heard of Rightpoint much. I read in some forum that the Goldman Sachs account was having poor WLB in Genpact. As Rightpoint is now part of Genpact, not sure how it would be there. Wissen Technology: This seems premium service consultancy to me. But the only concern is the hiring role is for Angular and I have more preference for ReactJS as ReactJS is growing nowadays and Angular is falling behind Nomura: No idea. But the work timings would not be regular. Will have to start the day early and end early and sometimes may have late calls with folks from the US. HCL: The project doesn't seem interesting as it is a migration project.

Unrelated - but did you try interviewing with Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan? I have heard that they have lot of Angular Dev demand and they pay well (in comparison with offered packages you have)
