Nielsen 91k Sales Ops and strategy manager (since it’s a small company, the position is kind of a jack of all trades and I’d likely be taking on a good amount) Disney 77k Sales Planner Possible sign on bonus of $15k I am looking to get more involved in a sales focused role. The role with Disney is more entry level which is why lower TC. Disney has great benefits though and is a stand out on the resume. However, the Nielsen position is paying way more and I’d be managing someone. Neither role let me negotiate my salary and was pretty rigid. YOE: 4.5 TC currently: 🥜

I interviewed at both Uber and Amazon and they were legit offering me over 100k!!! That’s awesome for someone at my age. However Amazon never got back to me after one interview even though they said they would. Uber moved me to the second round but then filled the position before I was able to interview for a second time.
Dm me, 100k is below market for sales Ops in hcol
