Which offer would you choose Ford motor company in Michigan and the lucid motor company in the Bay Area?
I mean is the additional pay and RSU really worth it? How would my life be life if I move from Michigan to the bay ?

I would recommend stay away from Ford, they hire like crazy and then they layoff as well. It’s been that way since last 4/5 years
