Which one to select?

I have a multiple offer out of which i have transfered my h1 to company A (non financial) i have got another offer which is from finacial industry (not popular bank) i am kind of confused which one to go for? Company A Base: 145k Signing b: 20k Stocks: 100k Bonus: 15% of base Position: Manager Company B (financial) Base: 175k Bonus : 25k Position: Principal Architect Please post your suggestions from the prospective of me staying in any of the company for max 3 years.
