Which team is great in Amazon Vancouver?No PIP/Career Path
Hi everyone,I am going to relocate to Vancouver from Asia. Anybody konws which team is great in Amazon Vancouver? I care about : 1）No PIP/wlb 2) fashion tech stack 3) strong connection to Seattle HQ whick means easy to transfer to USA AWS seems to be a very promising business and easy to transfer to USA?
Interested in the teams at the Vancouver office too. I might have an opportunity to interview soon. Best teams with best WLB? I have heard amazon loves the PIP. That kinda scares me too :/
LOL no company has no PIP. Amazon WLB is bad from surveys done on Blind.
I was on a relatively average team, and 2 of us were Pivoted a few months from one another. But there has been a big reorg since. Don’t think FC workers are treated any differently than the rest of us, we’re all garbage eventually. It’s as bad as financial companies, you take your money and run.
