Congrats to our Redfin friends in a very successful ipo. But I missed it. The stocks are trading doubled now. Who all missed the ipo?

possible, hard to say. long term it's a good investment, but right now everything feels ike a bubble
The Redfin stock tanking because of a housing market crash would be the least of your worries in that situation. The rest of your portfolio is fucked as well.
Also Zillow is 2x Redfin's valuation, but I hear 'Check Redfin' more often than 'Check Zillow' nowadays. Redfin could become category leader within a year.
