I know all recruiters are not the same, but in general companies either suck at recruitment best practices or are awesome. Which company has the WORST process overall? I'm personally voting for the Great Ghosters of Microsoft.
Uber
Uber needs to be on list. Worst interview experience I’ve ever had
Rakuten marketing
Netflix- no response after recruiter call, bull shit. No call after some big position guy on blind AMA referral- assuming (s)he referred Countless online applications People with my experience are hired there This was when i was looking for change
You sound entitled :(. Entitlement doesn’t fly.
You don't know about the entitlement until you actually meet them though
My Microsoft interview experience was much better than Google
Got through HC in two weeks, and it only took that long because team started first. Only had two teams that wanted to talk to me, though, and one was in CorpEng. Rejected the low-ball.
Google. Not Even Close
I've made it to host matching with Google twice and had to drop entirely due to other deadlines which were not tight deadlines, Google just took waaaay too long
I voted MS but I take that back, Google
pwc
Pwc isn’t a tech company
Eh. Title said: WHO has. Did he mention Tech Company only?
