Are there companies that sponsor green card for employees on F1 visa? Please share those you know. I know PayPal doesn’t do that unless they change status from F1 to a duo intent visa like h1b. As h1b selection rate gets lower and lower (too much fraud), it’s nearly impossible for bachelor degree holders to get it nowadays. Sde 130 2 #workvisa #h1b #greencard
F1 visa are not supposed to work on off campus
They can. That’s what Cpt and Opt are for
Ah, got it, but I doubt opt will get him/her enough of time
Msft does
Keep in mind that now all categories but EB1 are backlogged and PERMs are taking forever. So you’d need the process to start on day one to have a real shot at getting your EAD at the very least.

It can work if you have a phd and an opt
I'm the only person in my company who had OPT, they were ready to file GC for me if only i was in ROW. Depends on every company but may wanna talk to HR before interview on this.
Google does
Green card will likely take a few years to get going unless it's someone that can be put in EB1 and comes from a country with a low immigration rate. F1 with OPT might not have enough time to prove themselves and request for the process
