I'm surprised so many people chose Adobe over Docusign. lol. Docusign is the dominant player in the e sign space. Adobe can hardly catch up
Lols you sounds like the one who keeps buying the dip on Docu
Genuine question, what else does DocuSign do? Genuinely surprised they've been able to get this big over a single feature software.
Unless you aren't on the sending side, you can never see the full picture sadly. Companies need contracts day and night. They have to manage/execute them, ensure it is renewed on time, collaborate internally with stakeholders, pull in data from various systems to the template, ensure all right parties are involved for a contract with X criteria. On top of that every country has their own eSign regulations/laws. Customers can define custom rules for example, one cannot sign at a particular time/day/country. One needs to ID verify before signing. Remove all friction to make it easy for signer to just click a button. There are much more enterprisey crappy needs. All enterprise B2B s/w in general brings in mucho money than B2C per user.
10 engineers.
Adobe is struggling to get any traction in this space. And the entire segment is down.. likely outcome will be Oracle/IBM/legacy dinosaur buys DocuSign and Adobe remains no.2 or folds it.
Microsoft should buy Docusign
Agreed.
Why?
Adobe buys Docusign
Yep!
Can Adobe afford it after spending $20b on Figma?
