Why does TCS HRs don’t care about employees complaints, concerns, I have seen a HR during the interview processs and she’s not at all professional in the process of discussion about salary, visa, sponsorship etc. Fortunately she’s my hr in same project and she’s not at all responding properly when I seek for help. She’s not responding to messages over teams as well. Why such HRs sit in that position and hesitate to help employees.
TCS HR is whack, when i left i didnt even give a notice. HR took a whole month to even notice I wasn’t working. Two free paychecks 😃
How did you deal with relieving letters and BG verification from your next org?
Nothing ever happened. Chase asked for a check to prove I was there and a drug test and that was it.
That's why they are in tcs. Else they would be one of those hr in Google who are overly helpful to candidates
