Why are Chinese people incapable of creating companies where the employees are happy?
What is the root cause here? Edit: talking about companies like Bytedance, Alibaba, Tencent, PDD, Baidu etc. Not American companies with many Chinese.

Huge population not enough resources
Competition. Everyone is replaceable. They can push workers to edge and keep pushing
Treating workers as numbers. If one dies, forget, move on, replace them with another the next day. That's the culture.

My Viet and Thai friends get mad whenever ppl include all Asians whenever bad things are discussed about China. Asian != Chinese they say. Well... not to mention Japanese friends. They just hate to be grouped as "Asian" to be treated same way as Chinese
