Why are Chinese people incapable of creating companies where the employees are happy?

What is the root cause here? Edit: talking about companies like Bytedance, Alibaba, Tencent, PDD, Baidu etc. Not American companies with many Chinese.

Treating workers as numbers. If one dies, forget, move on, replace them with another the next day. That's the culture.

EA gfiC32 Mar 6

LOL. You have the firsthand experience. Can't you enlighten us? Also, you're going to get called a racist. One I'll throw out there is the screaming. I've seen Mainland bosses scream at their workers in tech companies more than I'd care to. The lack of professionalism plays a role.

My Viet and Thai friends get mad whenever ppl include all Asians whenever bad things are discussed about China. Asian != Chinese they say. Well... not to mention Japanese friends. They just hate to be grouped as "Asian" to be treated same way as Chinese

Palo Alto Networks 习近平 Mar 8

Ah yeah I can see that. The small Asian countries tend to have a chiller vibe.
