It wouldn’t be right to go for holidays without giving a roast talk on Indians on Blind. Haha!! https://qz.com/india/1469711/why-india-born-pichai-nadella-nooyi-rule-us-business/amp/
I don't know at those levels, but as a direct managers I prefeer american bosses: no micromanaging, no third world mindset, more transparency, no hidden agenda
“Third world mindset” LOL what does this mean
He is probably just racist and feel bad about being managed by an immigrant.
My guess would be cause there are 1.4 billion of them?
This is a nonsensical comment. 1.4 billion are not all working in large US corporations. A vast majority of them is poor. Even in India, highly educated professionals are a minority in the population. Talk about US multinationals, and in US, they are a clearly small minority.
India with 1.4 billions of people don’t have as many good tech companies as China with similar population.
Said no one ever
There are far many successful companies with Non-Indian at the helm of the office. Doesn't it sound like a propaganda since the website you are referring is an Indian website glorifying Indian business leaders Let's talk when a non-indian website discusses on the same topic.
Ladies and Gentlemen give it up for Steve Bannon ^ I think OP was being sarcastic. But here you go https://money.cnn.com/2015/08/17/investing/india-ceos-google-pichai/index.html

The small sample size that I have - I find Indian managers great at ass licking and getting promoted. I have never seen them making hard decisions and taking risks. Not being racist here, I am an Indian as well.
I believe the risk taking comes with a green card. I'd be much more comfortable taking risks, knowing that I'll be able to find another job in case things go south. Without that comfort, it'll just come down to making safe bets that'll keep the bosses happy.
I agree, GC changes things a lot. However, I was referring to managers with GC or citizenship, they still not take any risks
Not respecting work/life balance of employees. Comfortable with hierarchy and authorationism. Politicking. Just a small list of things that a successful corporate life prefers which we bring to the table.
You know what they say about the news nowadays
