You can earn much more money with much less effort in sales or finance.
Is it possible to transition to finance with only a B.S. in CS?
finance and sales aren’t easy from what I heard.
It isn't. Things always look greener from the other side of the fence.
I’m not in IT. I’m in engineering.
😂
Op is salty because he can't leetcode
Finance pays low and you need to put more hours . I mean Corp finance . Useless
What is the difference between finance and corp finance?
Accounting is worse .Accounting is like IT help desk support . Corp Finance is more on the forecasting , treasury ,etc
This reads like the OP is dispassionate about IT or is not in the right IT role and is looking for anything to fill that hole. Sales and finance are NOT "easy" by far.
What makes you so sure sales and finance is easier? The base assumption is flawed.
Depends on type of company. My experience is tech companies pay tech better. It's possible banks/investment banks pay finance roles better (logical) though I dont have direct evidence of this....sales is highly dependent on your effectiveness, more so than other types of roles
