This would be a major privacy clusterfuck for the people on your interview loop.
It would influence feedback, even if subtly, if interviewers knew the candidate might eventually read it.
Who said you cannot, I asked my hiring manager before I joined how was my feedback and he was naive enough to tell me. Of course recruiters will not tell you because they have been trained, but once in a while you get those clueless managers, it is worth a shot
It was good enough for you to be hired. Once you're there, nobody cares unless you don't work out and the manager had doubts.
