Why companies are facing high attrition? corporate pain points

It’s been few years I am working in corporate And it feels lifeless nowadays. I am anyways taking vacation for few months. But below are the pain points being in corporate. -Always chasing deadlines -No empathy -Everyone is stressed in hierarchy -Much attrition and too much load on existing employees -Lack of focus on quality work -Non tech EM’s I’ve felt same in my last two companies? are there any companies out there who are seriously concerned about their employees growth, well being?
