Grammarly's terms basically give them the right to do whatever they want with whatever you write. This is not acceptable to any company with even a rudimentary information governance program. If company doesn't like it, they have to pay $$ for a corp account, charge too much per employee per month, and still have some objectionable items in their terms. Compare to gTranslate: Google knows what's up and how to work in regulated spaces, so they don't play those games because the EU and FTC would murder them. If you have Microsoft Word, you can turn on all the grammar aid features and it's nearly as good.
