Why companies like T-mobile can publicly violate CDC policy?

Companies, such as T-mobile, have been requiring their employees to be in office, and doesn’t require anyone to wear masks. In fact, NONE of the higher executives and directors wear a mask anytime. Any government agency can punish these companies for violating the CDC’s policy?

CDC is not an enforcer, that is up to someone else and Biden was trying to use OSHA as the enforcer

Are they vaccinated ?

T-Mobile Bhroom 🚔 Dec 30, 2021

Only vaccinated folks can enter the building.

T-Mobile FFSTMO Jan 2, 2022

Vaccination mandate doesn't mean anything unfortunately. 1. It doesn't include booster and 2. Omicron breakthroughs are becoming extremely common so no masks on campus is ludicrous.

Databricks tocjsl Dec 30, 2021

1) It's not policy, just guidelines. 2) enforcement of violating "mandates" is legally dubious. Shame is the primary enforcement approach 3) you're a whiny snowflake.

T-Mobile FFSTMO Jan 2, 2022

Look at this tough guy willing to call others snowflakes. Have you been vaccinated? If not, who's the snowflake? If so, do you not realize that not everyone has that luxury, including the young children of many here?

T-Mobile LRfl51 Jan 2, 2022

Social responsibility is being a snowflake? What a time to be alive.

You would need to look to the state and local health department requirements. The CDC policy isn’t law.
