Just a rant, but workday is the worst job application software ever to have been created. It’s just…so…bad. What are the product owners/engineers doing over there 😭 pls Lever >>>> TC: 228k / 0 after layoffs
Totally agree with you.
Because Workday is an isolated framework that each company builds on top of. Your data is not shared across companies. (Not sure if it's shared with Workday)
I'll still preferred a shared account tho. They can have my data
I use LastPass and use the same password for each app, LastPass fills the rest. No big deal
Workday is a graveyard company. Most employees are on the verge of retirement just there to pass time and get some free salary. I was there for sometime and couldn’t fit it with the dead people walking.
I have literally backed out of a few applications because I didn't want to create a workday account. Greenhouse and lever should be standard
I really hate platforms like Workday. Horrible experience. Also they ask you to upload your resume then input your work experience manual. Cluster fuck.
Workday is possibly one of the most horrible UX applications to have ever been created
Lol. You've tried the Oracle alternative?
Workday shouldn’t exist. WTF should I create an account to apply for a job. I like greenhouse and LinkedIN easy apply.
Who in their right mind would want one account for all their applications when you can create a brand new one for every company!
