Why do executives rarely have LinkedIn reviews?

I’ve noticed Director and above rarely have reviews on LinkedIn. Curious to know what everyone thoughts on why? Seems like they would need to impress someone to get where they are.

They want your LinkedIns but for themselves it is just a branding tool.

Logically having other people vouch for your work makes sense. Easy for a person to bs during an interview.

They're all fake and too nice anyway.

Because it's the same as references, you only pick people who give you good reviews. And if it's executives, the reference checks they go through are other top people in the industry. No board is going to trust LinkedIn review.
