Everyone needs to live I get that but why does everyone in the valley accept buying these crap ass decrepit houses at such inflated prices. Even these flip houses or updated houses appear nice but behind the walls are ticking time-bombs with their steel pipes and non-current wiring. Stop being ok with paying 1mil for shit!
This is literally how capitalism works. Only way prices will come down in case of economic depression or slow of growth. Individuals or investors will continue to jack up prices otherwise

This is a million-people prisoner's dilemma where 1st guy to buy gets a slightly lower price, assuming prices continue to go up. And supply is very limited because everyone (acting in their own self interest) want a SFH with a white fence.
