I’m not from either of the country and I am young (meaning I don’t know much of the history). Just wanted to genuinely understand this relationship ? Also, guessing if it was to sympathize with the historic attempt of genocide, how are the current mass killings different in any way ? PS : I don’t have much of the context. Sorry if someone is getting offended for this genuine doubt. #usa #israel #palestine #gaza
Strange, isn’t it?
Strange that US doesn't support muslim terrorists?
Strange that they support Israeli terrorists
You’re trolling, because I don’t think you could get into Spotify being this dumb. Do you really think the US supports Israel blindly?
I mean, it sure seems like it. Netanyahu is openly defying the US president and we haven’t even suggested in rolling back our very generous support.
I beg you to use your head, I’m not disagreeing that we should cut or reduce the support. However use a little of your brain and realize this isn’t “blindly”
Why do liberal art failures and the LGBT blindly support 🇵🇸?
As a conservative I’m concerned about the trampling of the 1st amendment. Look up HR 6090.
I think ppl just don't want to see nearly 40k ppl (significant women and children) killed indiscriminately. It isn't liberal issue - it's a human one. I don't have to agree with someone to show them empathy.
Think about the people who would be sympathetic in high places and why they want to ban TikTok (hint: it’s not for security reasons)
9/11 happened because of this blind support. But idiots never learned.
It’s not really blind support, it’s mainly because of the Israel lobby, look up AIPAC.
Money man, why are campaign funds so important? If they can't pocket it why do politicians want money so badly
Oh yea, evil zionists who control the world. Some BS here.
Well, if you do your research you’ll find that: - Palestine used to be a real legitimate country with its own borders, government, and everything for all of history. It’s never changed hands or been ruled by other groups in all of history. - that real legitimate country was stolen by the creation of Israel, a brand new country with no historical ties or claim to the land. - Palestine has offered a multitude of times to broker peace via a 2 state solution with very favorable terms, but Israel always asks for too much. E.g., the dissolution of the entire state of Palestine - if Israel wanted peace, there would be peace. If Palestine wanted peace, there would be no Palestine. - Israel is known for terrorizing and killing innocent civilians frequently, even in times of peace - Israel uses innocent civilians as human shields Wait did I get that right? I may have mixed a few things up.
I think using the comma after the word “Well” is the only thing that is correct 😂
Nope, you got it right 👌
Israel is a strategic ally for the US and a democracy (even with Netanyahou), which is kind of a shared value between the countries.
Israel does the US bidding, they are the equivalent of an extension of the CIA in the middle east, they do extrajudicial killings, organized terror, and keep the other states in check. The US has a lot to gain by having Israel being the dominant power there, basically the oil and the Suez canal are what the US wants to protect, not the people (never the people).
Just lookup the dual nationals in the US congress and you'll have your answer
This
What does that mean? You can only stay loyal to one country. What if there indeed comes some conflict of interest? Maybe a dual national of Iran and US in the congress.
