Why would he shut down a business that he paid 44 Billion for? He's trying to make it profitable and sustainable

Let’s not believe everything. Let’s wait and watch. Anything can happen.

Only thing he should be laying off is seconds

Is it just me or Elon is trying to simply replace its workforce in his own quirky way? I say that because doesn’t Tesla have a ton of workers? It’s not like this guy just tries to run every place with a skeleton crew. Either that or he’s purposely trying to destroy Twitter. But everyone freaking out like this guy is a pioneer when he’s been adjacent to the industry for years running like everyone else is kinda nuts

Microsoft PIPy ⠀ Nov 20, 2022

Probably going to bring people back at much reduced saleries like his other companies

Amazon lovemeboo Nov 20, 2022

Yeah that’s entirely possible too. He’s clearly playing some game. But people are pretending he’s gonna run twitter with 50 people. Tesla has like 100,000 people, not sure how many are corporate.

Twitter is a startup again. 90% chance of failure, but 10% chance it will surpass META in market cap.

Twitter RSfq48 Nov 20, 2022

Gonna cut to the bone, then declare chapter 11. Get out of paying severance, restructure the debt, and bring it back as twitter 2.0. There is no way he can make 1.2 billion dollars in interest payments with what he has done to the ad income
