For some reason with the same network speed (speed tests) and wifi setup all streaming like Netflix/Disney/HBO/Prime are beginning to lag or have errors or have shitty quality where as my gaming devices still work great on the same network (as it used to before)
Your internet is the problem
Gaming performance is not really relevant, games use different protocols and way less bandwidth than video streaming apps
What device are you using to stream? That can usually be your culprit as some devices (like TVs) don’t have the right hardware to support stream behavior, even though many TVs have the ability to install the apps doesn’t mean it’s going to be great. Think about it if you spend $800 on an 80-inch TV you aren’t getting a killer OS on it… I personally like Amazon FireSticks but there are several options out there (even a PS5 or XBox has great response rates). Just depends on OS preference but go with anything that has a bit more brain power to it.
Agreed. Smart TVs in particular are some of the worst streaming platforms because their hardware is weak and the OS is really not designed for general computing. Fire TV and Roku sticks are nice because they're easy and cheap to upgrade every 2-3 years (and nobody should use them longer than 3 years). Xbox, PS and Apple TV are good because they have powerful hardware that keeps them relevant much longer than other streaming devices.

Who’s your isp. They might have decided to shake down the aforementioned.
Highly unlikely. Most streaming companies use multiple CDNs so if an ISP pulled that kind of stunt the streaming company would go complain to its CDN partners and the CDNs would go beat up the ISP and tell it to knock it off because it's bad for their business.
