I assume BLIND is running these 'anonymous' surveys(the survey that come top of the feed) to publish a report, but what is with these HR types useless questions? Why not ask the real questions that can be asked and answered on this platform only? Such as: 1. Diversity in Tech debate: alleged token hires, quotas , lowering of hiring bars, all the privileges, double standards etc. Is there any truth behind it? What does the community feel about it? 2. Indians and the Visa abuse debate. Also, the alleged work ethics and priorities. 3. The alleged overpowering of SJWs in day to day functioning of companies And many more real question. Blind why don't you ball up? Let the opinions come out in public. Otherwise what is the difference between you and LinkedIn where everyone is pretending to spread positive thoughts. People might argue that the demographics on blind is highly skewed towards one group(s), but that is good enough representation of current scene. Good or bad I don't judge. Blind could have been the voice of employees but it had chosen to be a puppet of Corporations, serving what they want the hear. Sad.

They are attempting to sell survey results. As interesting as the results of the questions you’ve posed might be to regular people on the Blind platform, I doubt corporations care about those answers much.
Lol millions of dollars of investment and opportunity costs, several Execs shown the door and you are telling me these are not the pressing questions that corporations must care? Oh wait they should care about WLB and shit as If they would getting insights from a survey platform?
See the post right below mine that elaborated on this topic better than I did. Corporations care about making profits. As long as their employees are still contributing to that in a positive way that is as good or better than it was vs. last month or last year, the rest is just noise to them.
Blind is most likely trying to build an advertising/subscription/feedback product for HR departments. To get objective employee sentiment without fear of repercussions and a way to preserve anonymity. They can’t ask real questions because this is NOT an activist website. This is a corporate platform, where us employees are the product, and our HR departments are the buyers. Now put your observation through this lens and see if blind would do anything differently
So it is yet another run of the mill survey website which gives HR departments a purpose: celebrate birthdays on time, send Happy new year emails , keep that coffee machine running because that is what that ducking matters the most!!
