Why is Bay Area terribly dressed?

Rich and Dressing are inversely proportional, if you disagree you are still poor
The women and men dress exactly the same and as a woman if you wear heels or colorful makeup people look at you weird

Same here - I find girls with simplicity and humility sexy than those girls that Botox , make up and do plastic shit on their body along with spending shit $$$$ on clothing are meh

Bay Area is one of the worst dressed places. Tech people lack any sense of styling and many would fiercely defend that attitude instead of upgrading their lifestyle. Interested in knowing what are the different reasons for this.
