There are so many relevant things Blind can do that add value for its users and also help it monetize the application. 1. Team/org ratings (only ratings not reviews as reviews can name people which can be considered invasion of privacy) so people know which ones to avoid 2. Region wise benefits catalog - insurance, leave policy etc. 3. Expand their job portal to cover other countries as well 4. Best way to apply for a given company - direct apply, approach recruiter on LinkedIn, referral? 5. Separate interview experiences section 6. Info on remote, hybrid, onsite policy region wise 7. Salary data in local currency - optionally if it is verified by Blind using salary slips, offer letters, appraisal letters, then those data points are even more valuable. Incentivise users with in-app currency for verifying the salary info. 8. Levels.fyi like levelling info But Blind seems to spend time on following the herd instead.
