Dude I worked at Google, Facebook is much more difficult to get into. Plus given a chance between Facebook and Google, I would always choose Facebook so does most of the young Google employees. It’s higher salary and faster promotion. Once you reach a senior level (L6 or above) switch back to Google for peace
