Why is Ticketmaster still alive

Why hasn't anyone made a low-fee alternative to Ticketmaster? Everyone knows their insane service fees are completely made up. Why haven't they been investigated? With today's Apple investigation by the DOJ, hopefully this opens up the discussion #ticketmaster #livenation
