Setting up auto pay just made me want to quit banking with them altogether. By comparison, setting up auto pay in the Chase app took like 3 clicks from the home screen. Do better, BoA mobile app team.
TBH, I hate working for BOFA.. But I recently used chase, it's worse as well !!! May be we got too used to working with something and change makes it look terrible..
Use the website, they earn fees for late payments so why so they want you to pay on time….

Dude you can't even set auto payment for boA credit cards within the app, like pay before due date automatically. Terrible app.
I believe they have that update coming soon but yeah it's an embarrassment. We chose quantity over quality

Set up payee, pay the bill and on first payment select the cadence...one time or recurring. Seems pretty straightforward but I am slightly above average so I'm sure that helps. BofA app rated 4.6 Chase is 4.4 Salesforce app is 3.8.
on the website, it was fine. the first thing BoA tech support told me was there’s a known bug after the recent update, so try the website instead. lol @ “I am slightly above average so I’m sure that helps.”
I agree the Salesforce mobile app is not good. I refuse to use it. But kinda weird you compared it to a retail banking app
