Why is the samsung employee store so confusing? I am a samsung employee and trying to understand how I get the best deal
I recently joined Samsung and got my emp store account. The site is confusing and I don’t understand what my special perks are for being an employee. Do I need to sort in a particular way or do I need to look for some codes internally? Anyone from Samsung that mastered this, please help me. #samsungelectronics #samsung
I think the op is right. It is confusing and delivery is late. No real offers that are great for employees

It's confusing. You need to register with your work email and then it takes a few days for them to add the employee discount to your account. You can also use the chat box to talk to a rep and they can usually do it faster
Our website in general is sooo bad and clunky. Our employee discount on the actual website is horrible, but depending on what division you are in youll get so much better discount on Samsung products on third party sellers like best buy or home depot
Could you explain? Like I will get discount codes to spend in bb or homedepot? Being a Samsung emp?
