Their product line is so lean. But they have 20000 employees. How many of them are techs or engineers? Are they launching something new like Apps management? Something like okta?
Workday does more than just HR
How do you like it at Rippling?
I heard rippling was a shit show with shitty politics
Given what they have made, it looks like an interns side project
Workday is entirely integrations and sales. This is why products that require heavy resources for consumer integration will never have good margins.
Good answer
They are going down soon
Start with some basic research or read a 8k report. Workday is not just HR software. It does Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and more. It's subscription backlog is backed over $10b in revenue. Strong cash flow from operations.
TikTok has twice the revenue & 1/4th the employees. Workdays margins are stupid low and not scalable
And? Completely different businesses. Tiktok can end up just like Snapchat a few years down the road. At least workday has stable recurring revenue
100 engineers, 19900 trauma support specialists for the customers
Make sense
