Booz Allen Hamilton Interview
Interviewing for a junior financial analyst role at BAH. What is the interview process like for the role and how should I best prepare? Would appreciate any info on the company culture too. Thanks.
If your not in the SIG, then forget it. Stay at Deloitte bc its better over there in terms of growth
Interview process is similar to all consulting firms, cases and fit
If you're at Deloitte, you might as well stay there. Deloitte is still private, and offers up to 6 months for maternity/paternity leave. Better benefits overall. Booz isn't bad, but it's dependent on the team you're in. I'd evaluate the current benefits you have before you decide to switch companies
