#Apple's future Rev's will be dominated by subscriptions and Apple is doing all it can to make that happen. #Strategy for moving towards a subscription heavy revenue model. Step 1: Introduce new Subscription services ( Apple TV +, Apple Arcade, Apple News ). Step 2: Introduce a low-end iPhone to get more people into the Apple ecosystem - iPhone SE. Step 3: Bundle up New subscription-like #Apple TV+, #Apple Arcade+, #Apple News+ with #Apple Music, and #iCloud which will help Apple to drive subscriptions and users to its new content services generating significant revenue to produce more exclusive contents on this services. Now Apple gets 17.8 % of its revenue from subscription which is 1/3 of its iPhone sales - 54.7% looking at 3 to 5 years down the line revenue from subscription can shoot up to more than 50% of total revenue. Other players like Samsung, Google, and Oneplus are failing to build an ecosystem around their products. Do you think Apple TV+ can beat Netflix on subscribers with this strategy? #Apple #Subscription #Google #samsungelectronics
Doesnt need to beat Netflix. They could offer “apple bundle” free for 1 year and get people to keep buying hardware.
I would say active time spent on the service per user rather than just subscribers count is key here.. Netflix has a lot of content buy people can easily exhaust content on Apple TV plus so apple ha to buold their content

I think service bundles are the way to go, for Apple. Sell more devices, get more Apple One subscribers, make more content. I think Apple is already expanding into health/fitness. If I were them, I’d make a big push into Education and buy Coursera, Skillshare, or Udemy.

Apple TV+ sucks 🤮🤮
It will take time
I don’t think it will be possible unless they acquire a big studio. They don’t have content and there is too much competition in streaming. The margin will definitely going to be low due to all these companies.
