Will Google revise the offer for ex–googler
I left Google less than one year ago and consider to go back. I got a 20% base raise and 50% equity raise. I was told reinterview is not needed by recruiter and we are going to negotiate the offer. Can I expect Google to at least match my current compensation? Left as L4 and right now base is 185k, target bonus&refresh 55k, equity 150k/y

I know of someone who did exactly that. Came in a level higher and higher comp and nominal interviews. And he boomeranged from Uber as well.

I think you have to get L5 to get that kind of comp. I heard you can go back without interview at the same lvl. Maybe have to interview to get one lvl higher.

If you return as same level, no re-interview, if level up, additional interview needed
My friend had to reinterview to get in .. only his ts was waived. surprised how they are allowing you in without interviewing since you left Google post resignation. If that was the case many @G will resign and do their ventures for 1-2 years and come back knowing their jobs are guaranteed kinda paid sabbatical
