Will Netflix match my unvested RSUs?

Current TC: 270K I am thinking about a career change to increase my TC. Netflix is a good choice but I am having second thoughts about leaving my current company as I am sitting on about 450K of unvested RSUs I know G and F will compensate for that on the initial offer but how about Netflix ?

No, they will give you cash. That's their whole thing... they will destroy your current tc though.
