Will evictions affect Bay Area prices

My take is that Bay Area prices aren’t ever going down. At worst they remain the same for a bit.

Rents in my area are already less than 2/3 where they were Not sure how much further it can drop. Maybe another 10-20%

No. California is famous for fire and its not the first time... Bay area house prices always go up like stonks :)
