There is no withdrawal in such investments. That money is already half spent (or whatever) to fund those GPUs needed to launch gpt4 or gpt4.5 or whatever
I thought most of the money is in the form in Azure Credits?

lol .. it is not a reality show.. their investment is making them money.. hiring Sam give them more power. They will continue to invest in OpenAI, to increase their control
