SAY, I got fired from a company named A (eg. Amazon). Also, Amazon has a policy that you can never join them again after getting fired. Now, if I go and join some other company 'B' and In future, if Amazon acquires 'B' (Amazon bought B). Will I lose my job in company 'B' immediately. Is it like I can't join any of the Amazon subsidiaries after getting fired from Amazon?
I’m pretty sure the Amazon’s team will compare the acquired company’s ee list against an Amazon “do not hire” list. They need to know if anyone at company B worked for Amazon previously as they don’t want to create a 2nd employee record for the same person.
So, if Im already working at company B, I will be immediately asked to leave right?

There HR systems are immediately integrated so how would the acquiring team know unless the role had enough senior level visibility for it to stand out and matter. Layoffs in acquired company will happen as the next wave of M&A streamlining/rightsizing/other termination euphemism.. .
