Stock price of wish is dumping heavily. A lot of leadership exchange in recent months. Just had a pretty bad ER but direction-wise, it’s good that wish will focus on user retention. I’m curious if there’s promising change happening inside? Will it survive like snap in 2019 or dying soon? The Wish app UI is like a school project. What a shame! And looks like the leadership keep selling stocks and never buying. Good to hear opinions from employee working in wish
I’ve literally never heard anyone tell me they shop on WISH. Seems like a problem
They’ve had around 50-70 million unique shoppers per year. They’re on the right path to shift from over-emphasizing cheap items to providing a wide product selection. I’ve been researching Wish for a month, it’s strong buy specially as a long term play. P.S: Don’t expect Amazonians to admit Wish’s success because they’d rather stay in their comfort zone of believing they’ll always be the best and hoping their stock continues to rise with minimal competition so that they don’t have to bother jumping ship
exactly. it has been oversold. way below all time high and ipo price. Snap survive and nio, wfc, airlines, cruiselines too during covid when they were in rough patch. just to add, they have had good financial backing from good investors. good to buy dip and hold it.
I am a bag holder, lost ~50k on wish. I really don't like how they provide service, constantly sending push notifications, instead of allowing non registered users to buy from platform and giving nice looking categories or selection view. I don't know why, but my gut feeling still believes this company should survive and become 50-70B company in long term
one thing I hate as well about Wish stock is C-levels are selling without giving good explanation to the public. Hey investors are looking at you, why don't you just say I believe in my own company, I am selling to cover taxes and everyone would be happy
are you wish employee ? when did you join and lost 50k ? are you in lockin period and then when it was over you lost the train?
Is this wish the platform that sells product that don’t match the picture description lol
Am bag-holding it from $10, management seems super incompetent lately. Its not hard to get user growth, its hard to retain and they are failing to do so. That being said WSB can still save the stock🤐
Wish brought in a couple of Googlers as CPO and CTO and they have started a shakeup to fix internal processes and the user experience, which should lead to improvement in our most problematic area of user retention. This is all well and good, but until a clear company vision is formed and strategies put in motion, I remain doubtful in the company’s future.
Thanks for being honest
I’ll tell you from experience, a lot of Googlers are good at tech, very very very bad at business. I hope the ones the brought aren’t that. I saw they hired an L9 as CTO so I’m skeptical of what he brings to the table. L9 might seem high to the outside world, but in reality they aren’t that powerful within the company.
I have 750 stocks of wish at average of 15$ . I took a huge hit. At this point not sure wether to sell and take the loss or hold. I am really concerned . Please advice
The wish stock price keep dumping every day. What’s going on with management
I would buy at the current price, their market cap is pretty close to their annual revenue. If it goes lower, there's definitely not much further it can go. I would just buy an amount I won't miss if it goes to zero and forget I own any of it. If the company turns around, it will go up a lot.

There’s plenty of other good stocks, why would you hang on to dying stock?
May have potential if it can survive
I think if you're looking for growth, they might have a huge upside. That being said I got burned on wish options, so I'll probably be staying away
