Wish offer
Just want some opinions on a job offer I got from Wish for a Product designer role: Location: Remote Base: $160K Equity: $230K (over 4 years) Sign-on: $20K What do you all think, does this seem like a good offer. I wasn’t told the level for the role YOE: 6 #design #compensation #wish
So skipping the sign-on, TC is around 217k? I was thinking designers with 6+ could get around 250k at least
Correct! It would be 217K. I was assuming something closer to 250K but maybe it’s because it would be a remote role

This is a great offer for remote if level is Senior or lower I'd say, which at 6 YOE is what I'd expect. I'm sure it beats any local offer you could see right?
