I have very less tech background. Trying to understand few things. Within a flight mobile app or say any e-commerce app, the app could be using payment processor like PayPal or stripe or something. If a user top-up their account with some money (and remember the app uses stripe or PayPal to get money from users), does the app company still have to pay some percentage to apple or Google? #tech
Apple or Google fees only apply to in app purchases. Learn what qualifies here https://developer.apple.com/in-app-purchase/ E commerce is not in app purchase.
It depends what it’s being used for. If the payment gives the user in-app features then you must use Apple Pay and pay 30% tax. If the payment is to book a flight, or ship a order to customer, you can use whatever
No, in app features
