Women, help me understand why this is inspirational

- Went to no name schools, low TC jobs - She wasn't treated well at work but kept working there - Did not fix the situation even after 12+ months - Repeatedly cried at work - bad work life psychological separation - Quits but doesn't have a job lined up - Publicly bashes a company so harder to get the next role The more I read her post, the more professional mistakes I find. Why celebrate someone like her? How is just writing a post so profound "for women across the world?" She did absolutely nothing? So many women are inspirational - I just don't think she is one. Figure out how to string together a sentence before posting please.

Yes this is a mistake. Dont know the details of course, but it's not a good look.

Because women can't do anything without it being related to being a woman, and then wonder why men don't want to deal with that.

ServiceNow peugeot86 May 3

Actually, men dictated that. If there truly was no difference between men and women- why did it take decades before women received voting rights, the right to be educated, the right to own property, to hold a job. So yeah, women would love not to be held back due to their gender but men govern the ability for women to do that given they are the ones in power.

Capital One desuWzRite May 3

Those rights come with the requirement of military draft for men, which was a big reason women themselves argued against it.

Yikes all around.

I thought people whine only on blind. 😀

Capital One yup! ⚪️ OP May 2

People can whine anywhere - I was just shocked by 350+ comments and 75+ reposts

PayPal Chuckydoll May 2

I'm surprised it has too many likes and supporting comments. I bet most of them are not truthful. But you will see real reactions here in blind 😉

Where did you find out all of that?

Capital One yup! ⚪️ OP May 2

Just her post and quick look at her LinkedIn profile

Tableau 245244 May 2

She says she gave feedback to leadership and they considered it and 6.months later reversed their decision, however you say she didn't fix the situation for 12 months?

Cellares nikolain1 May 2

Not a woman, but this is inspirational because we need more people like her : those that quit after being promoted. So the rest of us can have more jobs. If she was a man, it would be even better.

I like how you reference schools and TC and you are at a place like capital one

Netflix uJhQ03 May 2

Cool and now you are at capital one. That’s cute.

Capital One yup! ⚪️ OP May 2

What’s wrong with that? Make good money and working on interesting things

As a woman myself - this is embarrassing

Amazon S6vbb1 May 3

It's embarrassing that you think this is embarrassing.

Thank you for being a normal woman

This type of post with her complaining and entitled attitude and lack of self-awareness is why people hate white women. She needs to STFU.

Block hiWgufc May 2

Yes this is actually why I make sure I’m always slightly smiling because I know people probably assume I’m a Karen and I want them to see I’m in a good mood and I’m likely to be nice Also why im afraid of complaining at all lol. I apologized the other day to a waiter for saying I just noticed I didn’t get a coke I ordered but it was on receipt and asked if it was okay to take it off or get one to go whatever was easiest (+ one extra sorry lol)

T-Mobile gigon May 2

Apologizing when not at fault and/or overusing the word sorry aren't good moves either.
