Work culture @ Twitter
How's the work culture and job stability at Twitter, in particular the SF office? Is it a cut-throat, performance-driven work culture, or more collaborative & laid back? If team-specific, which teams/ orgs are good? Looking into mid-level Product roles. Thanks! TC - not worth sharing, hence the 👆
I love the culture at Twitter. Have been here for less than a year.
What do you like about it? Are you in Engineering?
Non eng but do work with that org. As others have said, laid back, WLB. Yes, are there things that need to be fixed, yes. But every company has its issues. I’m ex FB and outside comp and stock price , Twitter is better culture wise

After the hype of uber lyft airbnb pinterest wework and whoever else died down - yes. Behind Goog and fb of course, although we have lots of ex Facebook and ex google.
Not cut throat but it’s hard working. I think it’s very good. Cut throat would be uber 5 years ago.
