Going through the interview process for HubSpot and seeing some mixed reviews here and on Glassdoor, wondering if anyone can shed a light on what the internal work culture and work/life balance is like? Role is in support
It was good in the past but there was a layoff in the last year and since then it’s become much more tense. Also, I highly recommend checking the team as well because some teams have a LOT of on call.
It's highly dependent on what team you are in. Lots of old people in leadership who got promoted early and don't know how to manage and lead. If you are in engineering, it's good, for product, not so much.
Its certainly taken a nose-dive. Been here all of 2 years and it depends on ur team.
Our blind rating dropped from 4.5 to 4.1 within a year.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Worked there in the past, I would say good work/life balance and good culture also, would recommend it. Can't say for support though if it's any different
Thanks, I appreciate that blind is more dev focused, do you know if there's any options moving internally to junior Dev roles?
