Considering a role as a SDE1 in this team, (Alexa Growth, Experiences) in Seattle, how is WLB? Am pretty apprehensive of Amazon in general after reading all the negative reviews, especially since Alexa seems to be so large #amazon

Alexa is a huge org and you can end up in a decent team or a shitty place but people transfer out quickly if something doesn’t work out. It’s very easy to do in Seattle.

I don’t think it’s for PIP but the attrition rate is very high in some teams due to politics.
